During this time, which is sometimes exciting but at points emotional, cost can be a dreaded discussion.  However, we will do our very best to make sure our cost to you is low and kept at the cheapest rate for the tasks. This being said every job is different and with different needs. Therefore, call today for a quote on exact pricing. However, the following is a basic breakdown on pricing:

• Deposit Fee
  • This is used to hold your spot within our system and allow us to process the sale. This fee will be refunded at the conclusion of the sale or can be used towards other fees listed below.
• Registration/Setup Fee
  • This fee helps with the overall process and administration actions.
• Usage Fee
  • This fee helps cover the cost of the platform used for the sale of goods.
• Seller Fee
  • This is a low percentage fee after the overall sale concludes.

**NOTE:  No fees, (except the deposit which can be waived sometimes) is due until the end of the sale!

**Remember if you find a quote from another company less than ours we will either match or beat that quote hands down (if we can not beat the quote we will give you a $25 gift card)!
